Who we are
Hi, I’m James, the founder of Body Focus.
I started Body Focus in 2016 with a mission to help people achieve their fitness goals, whether that’s bodybuilding, fat loss, or simply developing healthier habits. Over the years, I’ve built a supportive community where clients feel guided, motivated, and connected with like minded individuals, all while achieving results tailored to their unique goals.
With a background in semi-professional football and a passion for fitness, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Sports Sciences along with a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training.
Since 2016, I’ve been actively competing in men’s physique bodybuilding competitions, continuously refining my knowledge and approach.
I believe that exercise, nutrition, and mindset are the pillars of sustainable progress. That’s why my coaching approach integrates all three elements - helping you not only transform physically but also build the discipline and habits needed for long-term success.
